A little about me
I have faced challenges with my mental health—who hasn’t? Looking online for wellness advice was confusing and overwhelming, especially while balancing work and relationships. After 7 years of therapy and trying many methods like ice baths and breath work, I found a mix that helped me and could help others too. I trained as a Counsellor and want to make therapy and mindfulness easier to access and understand for anyone who feels intimidated by them.
