A little about me

Mental health is something so many of us quietly struggle with — and finding real, reliable help can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. I know that feeling well.

My own journey wasn't a straight line. Over seven years, I tried everything I could get my hands on — hot and cold therapy, acupuncture, meditation, yoga, and plenty more along the way. Some things helped a little, some didn't help at all, and slowly, I began to piece together what actually worked for me.

That process changed my life. But it also showed me how exhausting and overwhelming it can be to navigate the world of wellness on your own — especially when you're already juggling work, relationships, and everything else life throws at you.

That's why I trained as a Counsellor and Breathwork Coach. Not to hand you a one-size-fits-all plan, but to help you find your combination — the one that fits your life, your mind, and your pace.
